Agent Growth Partner - REMAX City Centre Realtor Recruiting & Brokerage Expansion Opportunity REMAX City Centre is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Growth Partner to help expand one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the market.

An active Realtor with strong industry relationships looking to diversify and grow their income An experienced recruiter or sales professional who thrives in relationship-based environments Unlike traditional brokerage recruiting roles, this position is backed by real infrastructure, systems, training, and leadership support. You will be supported by an established growth environment with the tools, systems, and leadership already in place. Compensation & Opportunity This is a performance-based growth opportunity with significant upside. The posted compensation range reflects potential earnings from a combination of personal real estate production, recruiting bonuses, and ongoing revenue share from agents successfully recruited to the brokerage. For the right candidate, a small base salary, stipend, or transition support may be considered. However, this is not a traditional salaried recruiting position. The strongest earnings potential comes from performance, production, successful recruiting activity, and long-term brokerage growth.

Compensation may include:

No cap and no brokerage fees on personal production Recruitment bonuses for newly onboarded agents Ongoing revenue share tied to recruited agent production Potential base salary, stipend, or transition support for the right candidate Unlimited earning potential tied directly to performance and brokerage growth Revenue share remains active while both the Growth Partner and recruited agent remain affiliated with the brokerage, subject to the final compensation agreement and active/good-standing requirements. $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
