Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both manufacturing and corporate roles Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational level
