Job Description

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to join our team in the Taylor, Michigan Branch . This is a contract-to-colleague opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talent to support our clients and Branch operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with Branch leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions Manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain candidate pipelines Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn) Support onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire paperwork Meet weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($24-$28/hour) Opportunity for full-time conversion (contract to colleague) Hands-on recruiting experience in a dynamic Branch environment Supportive team culture with growth potential Apply Today If you're passionate about connecting talent with opportunity and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we encourage you to apply!
Pay Details:
$24.00 to $28.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
