Position Summary Our Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions within the organization. This role partners with department leaders at all locations to identify staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all applicable employment laws and healthcare regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions including RNs, LPNs, techs, social workers, dietary staff, environmental services, and administrative personnel. Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and position requirements. Create and post job descriptions. Source candidates through online recruiting tools Review applications and conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, licensure, certifications, and experience. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions and offer letter preparation. Ensure timely completion of background checks, drug screenings, license verification, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics. Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, colleges, workforce development agencies, and professional organizations. Promote the organization's employer brand and recruitment initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as healthcare-specific hiring requirements. Participate in onboarding activities to support a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of healthcare staffing models and clinical roles. Understanding of healthcare licensure and credentialing requirements. Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. Occasional travel between facilities may be required.
