Entry-level Community Outreach Representative Location:

Field-Based We're looking for an outgoing and reliable Community Outreach Specialist to help connect people with local job opportunities. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend your time out in the community , visiting local businesses and organizations, attending hiring events, sharing job information, and talking with people about available opportunities. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent Must live within commuting distance of the assigned market Reliable transportation to travel locally Comfortable talking with people and approaching new businesses/community members Strong organization and attention to detail Able to work independently and follow a set plan Flexible availability for a 32-hour weekly schedule , including occasional weekends, mornings, or evenings Experience That Can Help Experience in customer service, recruiting, staffing, sales, community outreach, events, marketing, or similar people-facing work is a plus, but not required.
