Perform searches through social networks and portfolio sites to identify and interact with potential candidates.
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as source of hire and time-to-fill.
Communicate weekly updates to hiring managers regarding their active positions.
Create pipelines of passive candidates through different networking avenues and community outreach.
Conduct qualification interviews to identify interest and qualifications of candidates, document accordingly and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Promote our employer brand online and offline.
Track candidate information in the ATS.Additional duties as assigned.
QualificationsYou're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Report progress to the leadership team to help ensure intern tasks and projects are completed on time.
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for long periodsMust be capable of working in hot, cold, or wet conditionsMust be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs.

Successful candidates typically bring:
Ability to work in our Goodhue, MN location 5 days/week.Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range:
