This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in recruiting, while also receiving daily development and mentorship!
Responsibilities:
Utilize and maintain an organized applicant tracking system 100 outbound contacts daily between email, call, and text Maintain weekly quotas Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process Source and contact candidates daily
