Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm Hybrid- 2 days/week in office
Position Details:
We're looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across multiple PHS locations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced recruiting role for someone who enjoys building relationships, proactively finding talent, and managing a variety of positions and priorities at once. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of clinical, operational, and corporate positions, including Respiratory Therapists, nursing and other healthcare professionals, customer service and admissions team members, drivers, service technicians, and other roles that support our patients, families, and business operations. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders across the organization to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and develop creative strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions. Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement Recruit for a diverse range of clinical, operational, customer service, and corporate positions across multiple markets Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS technology, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, staffing needs, hiring priorities, and market-specific recruiting challenges Serve as a consultative recruiting partner by identifying hiring barriers, sharing market insights, and recommending strategies to improve candidate flow and hiring outcomes Conduct candidate phone screens and assess experience, motivation, qualifications, scheduling requirements, and overall alignment with the opportunity Manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities across several markets while maintaining urgency, organization, and consistent follow-up Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions and competitive talent markets Optimize job postings, recruiting advertisements, social media, and other sourcing channels to increase qualified applicant flow Utilize recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, funnel activity, and hiring outcomes Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and operational leaders to support broader workforce planning and organizational goals Support recruiting projects, hiring events, school partnerships, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition priorities as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, home care, DME, clinical services, high-volume recruiting, or a similar environment Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions and locations simultaneously Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting or sourcing technologies Strong customer service, communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills Ability to establish credibility and effectively partner with hiring managers at different levels of the organization Comfortable supporting multiple markets and working with geographically dispersed teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive candidate and employee information
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare, home care, pediatric, DME, or clinical recruiting experience Experience recruiting Respiratory Therapists, nurses, CNAs, or other healthcare professionals Experience recruiting customer service, admissions, drivers, service technicians, or other high-volume operational positions Experience sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions across multiple markets Experience supporting hiring events, community outreach, school partnerships, or employer branding initiatives Knowledge of recruiting trends and talent markets in one or more of PHS's operating regions
