What you'll do Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more) Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships Consistently attend industry networking events Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment What you bring Relentless work ethic and competitive mindset Comfort with cold outreach and rejection Strong communication and organization skills Bachelor's degree Marketing/creative knowledge a huge plus - not required Compensation & Upside In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $50,000-60,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range, actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individual's work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, internal equity among the team, and applicable employment laws.
