Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Woodbury, Minnesota. This position requires an individual with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies to effectively manage high-volume hiring needs. As part of a long-term contract role, you will leverage modern tools and platforms to streamline recruitment processes and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with candidates who have relevant experience.
- Coordinate daily interview schedules, conducting up to 5-8 interviews per day.
- Optimize the use of applicant tracking systems and AI-driven tools, such as Paradox, to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to share requisitions and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies. Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and schedules.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of best practices in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.
