What You'll Do:

Build and develop effective referral sources and productive centers of influence (COIs) Identify, maintain, and coordinate lead strategies from a variety of sources (i.e. referrals, COIs, advertising, social media, etc.) Actively participate in the community and organizations to promote/ brand Northwestern Mutual Develop referral networks and Centers of Influence (COIs) Interview and guide candidates through a mutually beneficial selection process Partner with leadership to hit recruiting goals Why This Role? Who You Are:

3+ years in sales, recruiting, or relationship-building Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Compensation & Benefits:
