What You'll Do Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies across referrals, networking, social media, community engagement, and targeted outreach Serve as a brand ambassador for Northwestern Mutual throughout the St. Louis community and professional organizations Build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates and guide them through a consultative, high-touch recruitment process Partner closely with leadership to execute growth initiatives and achieve recruiting objectives Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding Why Join Northwestern Mutual? Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
