Job Summary:

We are recruiting for an opportunity that focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting hiring needs with professionalism and precision. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help source, screen, and present qualified talent while contributing to a positive and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from posting openings through candidate presentation. Source candidates through internet searches, relevant databases, and networking. Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates. Submit and review candidates with the hiring manager while supporting salary discussions and customer needs.

Required:

Bachelor's degree. 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting. Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience. Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
