Job DescriptionThe Senior Campus Recruiter is responsible for implementing and executing a robust early careers recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent from colleges and universities across the U.S. This is a pivotal position in shaping CRB's future workforce and will be responsible for all stages of the recruiting process for early career positions. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Deploy and coordinate the strategy, logistics, and execution of campus and university recruitment efforts.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of CRB's overall growth strategy and ensure alignment with early careers strategies by collaborating with HR and business leaders across the organizationPartner with the People Operations HR team on onboarding activities and ensure our HRIS and ATS systems are updated accordingly.

Participate in forecast and budget meetings with HRBPs and Hiring leadersEnsure that our networking and sourcing efforts are DEI focused to attract and engage top talent across multiple disciplinesNetwork with University leaders and professors to build brand awarenessConduct phone screens and interviews in a timely mannerCreate and provide training and materials to support all intern and early career hires (campus recruitment events, fairs, hiring manager learning sessions, etc.)Source and attract candidates using social media, attend industry meetings, networking events, career fairs, etc.

Screen and track candidate resumes and applications via our ATS SmartRecruitersKeep Recruiting Database up-to-date with all recruiting activitiesGenerate recruiting/headcount-related reports from
HRIS/ATS
system as required for tracking purposesAct as a point of contact for all early career needs and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting processEnsure delivery of prompt and effective communications with candidates & hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting processAttend local career fairs and functions to promote CRB and bring awareness to local talent.

QualificationsAssociate or Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.1+ years Campus Recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment preferredArchitecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) experience preferred but not requiredProven success identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified personnelProven success updating and deploying early career programs.

Solid interviewing skills under a variety of circumstances (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)Familiarity with databases and applicant tracking systemsExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making and judgement skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
