Missouri Veterans Homes give you that opportunity and more. You will be an integral part of the leadership team as you develop and implement the recruitment plan for all talent acquisition functions. You will collaborate with recruiters and leaders across the state to build an engaging digital media presence to attract applicants. We need terrific, talented team members in our Homes taking care of our state's heroes, and we need your help to make that happen. Pay:
$48,882.00 Responsibilities
  • What you'll do Develop and execute recruiting strategies to position the Missouri Veterans Home as the employer of choice in healthcare.
Actively research and pursue opportunities to connect with people and organizations to enhance visibility and build an applicant base through job fairs, presentations, and special events. Collaborate with the Home team to ensure a highly positive, consistent candidate experience from engagement through hire. Utilize social media, internet sourcing, and diverse innovation technology resources to manage recruitment efforts. Analyze organizational data through spreadsheets, databases, and statistical reports to gauge recruitment results, strengths and growth opportunities. Qualifications
