Maintain recruiting systems, job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting data to ensure accurate reporting, timely communication, and an efficient hiring process. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, coordinating interviews and travel logistics as needed, and delivering a positive candidate experience. Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, assist with candidate outreach and engagement, and support the processing of offers, promotions, and transfers through accurate and timely documentation. Manage proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives to help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Work alongside HR team to support overall people initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Proficiency in
HRIS/ATS
systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
