Overview As a Recruiter, you will assist Service Centers in the recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates. Responsibilities Willingness to travel to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, School or Club presentations, and hiring events Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goals Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using a variety of methods including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, search agencies, etc Reviewing applications for candidates at various levels Recruiting hourly employees and Interns Interviewing applicants both in-person and virtually Setting up interviews for Hiring Managers Following up with candidates during the interview process Advancing candidates through the Interview and Hiring Process in applicant tracking system Creating Training Schedule for new employees Assisting new hires with on-boarding and orientation at the Service Center level Training new Service Center employees Maintaining communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Detail Oriented Ability to multitask Team player with a positive attitude Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous HR/Recruiting experience is a plus Benefits Stable and growing organization Competitive weekly pay Quick advancement Professional, positive, and people-centered work environment Modern facilities Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc. Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days HR, HR Specialist, human resources, human resources specialist, training, trucking, LTL, transportation, family, culture, employee relations, education
