ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Campus Tours & Events:
Lead engaging individual and group campus tours, open houses, student panels/workshops, student services events.Visitor Welcome Center:
Welcome visitors and students, answer phone calls, and questions.Administrative Tasks:
Provide office support, which may include data entry, preparing information packets, and general office organization. Community Awareness Events- Collaborate with our recruiting department to represent the college at community events; requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Current Enrollment- Be a currently enrolled student at St. Charles Community College; maintain enrollment of a minimum of 6 credit hours for the fall & spring semester. Academic Standing
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 throughout the employment period. Communication Skills
- via phone, email, and social media with prospective students. Attitude & Professionalism
- An outgoing, positive, and professional demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others and work collaboratively as part of a team. Dependability
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and the ability to follow through and complete tasks independently. Flexibility
