Hiring Immediately - Onsite Staffing Recruiter - St. Charles, IL Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter job in St. Charles, IL. As an Onsite Staffing Recruiter with Inergroup, you will play a critical role in our mission to match exceptional candidates with outstanding job opportunities. You will be responsible for high-volume recruiting, working closely with our clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay Weekly pay starting at $25/hr and great benefits available. Primary responsibilities for Onsite Staffing Recruiter jobs include: Source top talent through various channels including social media, on-site activities, cold calling and texting, internet job boards, and employee referrals Conduct outbound phone calls to follow up with applicants and potential candidates. Prescreen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job openings. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their experience, personality, and cultural fit. Manage the entire onboarding process, including paperwork, background checks, and reference checks. Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters. Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution. Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed. Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics. Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
