6 Moths contract to hire role possibility for extension and fulltime A leading Fortune 100 organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will partner closely with business leaders and HR professionals to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent across a variety of corporate and professional-level roles. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on organizational growth while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong focus on talent acquisition excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, corporate, and early-career positions. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, professional networks, industry associations, and university partnerships. Create and manage job advertisements while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate recruiting records and candidate documentation. Support recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Monitor recruiting metrics and provide market intelligence to support workforce planning efforts. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. Experience supporting hiring across multiple job functions and levels. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
