• Pay:
• $30.00-$40.00/hour, based on experience + Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses + 6-month assignment with potential extension
• Responsibilities:
• + Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, and skilled trades positions.

+ Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach efforts.

+ Conduct phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

+ Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Requirements:
• + Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or high-volume hiring environments.

+ Experience recruiting hourly, production, or skilled trades employees.

+ Strong sourcing, interviewing, organizational, and time management skills.

+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.

+ High School Diploma or GED required.
