Our client in the Springfield area is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a long-term contract opportunity. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Support workforce planning and provide updates on hiring progress.
