Pay:

$48,000 yearly salary plus incentives!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to communicate with applicants in a professional and timely manner. Pre-screen applicants based on qualifications. Establish and maintain relationships with applicants from initial contact through onboarding. Keep applicants informed and engaged throughout the processing stage. Update applicant status in our internal system. Navigate internal systems to access applicant information. Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Support the Recruiting Manager with any assigned duties.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, call center, sales, or recruiting preferred. Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and improve. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Ability to build relationships and overcome objections. No cold calling required.
