Basis Responsibilities:
The Regional Admissions Recruiter is responsible for recruiting qualified domestic students within an assigned territory and supporting the Universitys enrollment goals. This position works under the supervision of the Associate Director of First Year and Campus Tours and performs recruitment duties both regionally and on campus. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, attending college fairs and school visits, meeting with prospective students, families, and counselors, and building strong relationships within the assigned region. Performance will be evaluated through regular tracking, weekly productivity reports, and monthly reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, 1 yr customer service experience preferred. Successful marketing/sales background and computer literacy; commitment to collaborative planning and teamwork; ability to work evenings, weekends and overnight travel as needed; attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; excellent telephone skills; high energy level; must be a self-starter and highly motivated; high standards of ethics and integrity; outstanding communication and public speaking skills; self-disciplined and capable of working independently and in team settings. A valid drivers license is required.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and universitys resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution and valid drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
