Job Description
Job Summary FlexForce Employment Professionals Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator / Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in staffing and recruiting. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates and clients while also supporting recruiting and daily branch operations. Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (90-Day Evaluation Period) This position is being offered as a temp-to-hire role. During the initial 90 days, you will be employed in a temporary capacity while receiving hands-on training and support. This period allows both you and FlexForce to assess overall fit, performance, and long-term potential within the organization. Upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, employees may be transitioned into a full-time, permanent position with FlexForce, which may include expanded responsibilities, benefits eligibility, and growth opportunities within the company. Key Responsibilities Front Office Welcome and assist walk-in applicants, clients, and visitors Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally Maintain a clean and organized front office environment Assist with onboarding paperwork, I-9s, and new hire documentation Recruiting Support Source and screen candidates using job boards and internal systems Conduct phone and in-person interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring steps Post jobs and maintain accurate candidate records Qualifications 1+ year of customer service, admin, or recruiting experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Staffing industry or ATS experience is a plus (TempWorks, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive attitude makes a real impact!
