Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract top talent for our growing organization. This role combines recruiting and employer branding responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and marketing. Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruiting efforts for internal corporate positions. In addition, this individual will play an active role in supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and talent attraction initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying talent, creating recruiting campaigns, and helping drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internal corporate positions. Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Maintain active candidate pipelines for all positions. Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding Develop and maintain job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Create content to promote company culture, and career opportunities. Assist with social media recruiting campaigns. Support employer branding initiatives to increase candidate engagement and awareness. Talent Pipeline Development Build relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals. Utilize recruiting technology, social media, and networking tools to identify top talent. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience. 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing experience. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms. Marketing, social media, or employer branding experience is a plus. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
