Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Mebane, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and managing critical administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while enhancing your skills in human resources.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline workflows.
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials as part of the hiring process.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, interviews, and meetings using effective calendar management.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with corporate recruiting teams to assist in sourcing and selecting top talent.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including data entry and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all HR-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with new hires and existing employees to address inquiries and provide assistance. Requirements
  • Previous experience in human resources administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and coordination of necessary pre-employment procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and employees.
  • Familiarity with extending offers and preparing offer letters.
  • Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Knowledge of corporate recruiting practices and procedures.
