Responsibilities:
Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including job postings, social media engagement, networking events, and leveraging referrals. Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and compatibility with client positions, ensuring a seamless cultural fit. Partner closely with clients to understand their unique staffing requirements, offering customized recruitment solutions that exceed expectations. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to successful placement and post-placement follow-up, maintaining a high level of candidate and client satisfaction. Keep meticulous records of candidate interactions and client communications within our database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously refining recruitment strategies to remain at the forefront of the staffing industry.
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process are handled efficiently. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Proficient with computers, printers, scanners, smartphones, tablets, etc. A positive and outgoing personality that energizes and inspires those around me, creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing team morale. Be within reasonable commuting distance to the Morganton, NC office. (Generally 25-30 Miles)
