Job Description

The Budd Group is looking for a confident, self-driven Staffing Specialist to join our team in Morrisville, NC, with a primary focus on supporting key accounts. This role is ideal for someone whose personality lights up a room, can roll with a little chaos (the fun kind), and still gets serious work done. In this high-impact role, you'll be the go-to partner for staffing. You'll recruit high-caliber frontline janitorial staff and clean room technicians, work closely with four on-site managers, and help stabilize a critical account where precision matters.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Requirements:
Full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience; Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred; strong communication and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities Drive Full-Cycle Hiring:
Lead high-volume talent acquisition efforts for frontline janitorial staff, clean room technicians, and specialized facility roles.
Support Key Accounts:
Serve as the dedicated Recruiter and Staffing Specialist managing dynamic accounts with high recruitment needs. Partner with
On-Site Managers:
Collaborate closely with site managers to address immediate staffing needs, sudden workforce changes, and recruitment priorities.
Maintain Quality & Compliance:
Manage background checks, certifications, and onboarding documentation with extreme accuracy for high-standard client environments.
Boost Retention & Engagement:
Identify high-caliber candidates who will thrive long-term and contribute positively to our team culture. What You Bring To The Team Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing management. A high-energy, positive personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with onboarding systems and documentation.
