Job Title:
Recruiter Job Description This temporary contract Recruiter role supports talent acquisition efforts in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for both professional and hourly positions, partnering closely with HR and hiring teams to meet hiring goals. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can quickly step in, handle multiple requisitions, and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for both professional and hourly roles, from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines. Source, screen, and interview candidates for positions within a GMP manufacturing environment. Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidates and interviewers, and facilitate timely feedback. Support the offer process by assisting with offer preparation, communication, and follow-up. Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and employee information appropriately. Use applicant tracking systems and related tools to manage requisitions, candidates, and documentation. Collaborate closely with the recruiting and HR team to align on priorities and achieve hiring goals. Provide administrative support related to recruiting activities, including documentation and reporting. Essential Skills 4-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment. Proven experience recruiting for both hourly and professional-level roles. Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent acquisition tools. Strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance requirements in hiring. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative HR and recruiting team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in technical recruiting within manufacturing or related industries. Background in onboarding support and coordination. Talent acquisition experience in a regulated or GMP environment. Administrative support experience related to recruiting and HR operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
