Job Description

Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist —
Tar Heel, NC Pay:
$21-$23/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Assignment:
3-4 month temporary contract with potential for longer-term opportunity
Location:
Tar Heel, NC We are hiring an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and hiring coordination.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruiting activities from sourcing through hire. Source and screen qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Build and maintain candidate pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams on staffing needs. Provide a professional candidate experience and timely communication. Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting metrics in the ATS. Support recruiting process improvements and compliance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience. Recruiting or talent acquisition experience Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel to other locations approximately 25% of the time.
