Job Description

Overview Join a growing staffing team where your recruiting expertise makes a direct impact. As a Recruiting Advisor, you'll partner with manufacturing and industrial clients, build relationships with candidates, and play a key role in helping businesses grow while changing lives through meaningful employment. Duties Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and advanced search techniques, including utilizing tools and various platforms to source top talent. Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure quick and effective placements for current and future client needs. Work closely with management to refine recruiting strategies Actively contribute to skill marketing efforts, identifying and promoting candidates with in-demand skills to clients Candidate Screening & Interviewing Conduct in-depth recruiting calls, phone screenings, and structured in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within our client's organization. Guide new recruiters through interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods. Match top candidates to clients, ensuring alignment with job requirements, team culture, and long-term success potential. Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to hiring managers
Onboarding & Compliance:
Complete all onboarding tasks, including verifying paperwork, conducting E-Verify, background checks, and drug tests, and distributing orientation materials.
Candidate Engagement & Support:
Maintain long-term relationships with candidates, providing continuous support and regular check-ins, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns. Manage redeployment, terminations, and other assignment transitions, ensuring smooth transitions for candidates.
Internal Operations & Team Support:
Actively participate in daily huddles, providing input to align the team on goals, priorities, and operational performance. Provide leadership to new recruiters, offering mentorship, guidance, and feedback on recruiting tactics and candidate management. Account Management & Client Relations Lead job order updates and in-takes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client communications. Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-up meetings to ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns. Oversee contingent employee relations, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement throughout assignments. Lead exit interviews for contingent workers to gather valuable feedback, addressing any challenges and working to improve future placements.
Work/Education Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including telephone and email etiquette. Attention to detail. Relationship building skills. Multitasking & Time Management Skills. Patience and Good Listening Skills. Customer Focused with a consultative approach. High level of professionalism and Integrity. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, growth environment.

Physical Demands Physical Demands Position may require individual to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on occasion. Position may require some traveling to prospective and existing clients.
Work Environment:
Normal office work conditions apply for this position: normal heating and cooling temperatures, operation of basic office machinery (copy machine, computers and scanners), and normal exposure to noise such as office machinery, telephones and visitors in a busy office. Individual may occasionally visit client offices.

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
