Job Description
The Clinical Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, interview processes, compensation alignment, and workforce planning to support organizational hiring and retention goals.
A Day in the Life As the Clinical Recruiter, your day begins with reviewing open requisitions, candidate pipelines, and upcoming staffing needs across departments. You connect with leaders and hiring managers to refine job requirements, discuss recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate expectations.
Throughout the day, you screen applicants, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews between candidates and clinical teams. You actively source talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with schools and professional organizations.
You collaborate with your coworkers for offer development, and onboarding requirements while maintaining accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system. You also represent the organization at recruitment events, building relationships that strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
In all interactions, you model professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers experience a smooth, transparent, and engaging recruitment process.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a clinical role or Healthcare Administration or related field preferred2 to 4 years of experience in a clinical role preferredHospital-based healthcare experience requiredPrior recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferredIf from a clinical role, licensed in the State of Nebraska without restriction, or ability to obtain within required timeframe (if applicable with degree) Valid drivers license required BLS certification required (may be required as an instructor for this course)PALS and ACLS preferredProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Healthcare Recruiter (CHCR) certification preferred Why Regional West?
