full-time A well-established, growing organization is seeking a Recruiting & Human Resources Lead to build and own its recruiting function. This is a newly created leadership opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition professional who can take full ownership of recruiting strategy, develop proactive candidate pipelines, and create a structured hiring process that supports continued growth. This position will be a part of the leadership team! The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across property management, construction, real estate, or other field-based environments and be comfortable hiring for a variety of positions, including project managers, superintendents, leasing professionals, maintenance technicians, and corporate roles. Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance Build and maintain proactive pipelines of qualified and passive candidates Partner with leadership across construction, property management, finance, and operations Develop and implement structured, repeatable hiring processes Track recruiting metrics and provide leadership with visibility into hiring progress and opportunities Recruit for both immediate openings and anticipated future needs Lead onboarding and employee integration Maintain HR systems, documentation, and employee records Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience Serve as a strategic recruiting partner and member of the leadership team Qualifications 10+ years of staffing, recruiting, or in-house talent acquisition experience Experience within property management, construction, real estate, or a related field-based industry Proven success building candidate pipelines and sourcing passive talent Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities Highly proactive, hands-on, and comfortable owning the recruiting function JazzHR experience is a plus Experience with structured hiring methodologies such as WHO, Topgrading, or competency-based interviewing is a plus
