• Somerset, NJ 2nd Shift Bilingual Staffing Onsite Specialists
• Burlington, NJ and Cinnaminson, NJ Available Schedule 1st and 2nd Shift Bilingual Staffing Onsite Specialist
• Middletown, PA Available Shift 1st Shift 2nd Shift (temporary) Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and available to work weekends as needed.

What You'll Do Supervise and support temporary associates on-site Maintain effective communication between associates and warehouse leadership Conduct daily production and safety floor walks Facilitate new associate orientations and onboarding Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Assist associates with workplace concerns and provide ongoing support Complete daily reporting and administrative tasks Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous supervisory, team lead, or warehouse leadership experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment

Preferred:

Staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience Customer service experience Experience working with temporary workforce programs

Compensation Starting Salary:
