Job Overview We are a leading staffing agency looking for a dynamic Full Time Recruiter/ Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on matching qualified candidates to specific job openings across various industries. Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation for contract, contract-to-hire. positions Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to create shortlists of suitable individuals for clients. Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed information about the role and company culture.
