Talent Acquisition Specialist- TA Administrator Department:
Administration Reports To:
Senior Talent Acquisition Director FLSA:
Non-Exempt Primary Function The Talent Acquisition Specialist- TA Administrator is responsible for a wide range of administrative, employee onboarding and recruiting support activities. Job Scope And Major Responsibilities Works with the TA team to fulfill organizational staffing needs Owns all administrative task for the TA team • Ensures timely response to all Talent Acquisition inbox inquiries Administers appropriate assessments by role categories Follows up with candidates, hiring managers and TA team to ensure updated information on the interview process status. Assists with coordination of interviews Management of candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy. Post job posts and job descriptions as needed Handles background screenings Conducts Employee Onboarding• Other duties as needed Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended ("HIPAA") Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Experience as an HR Assistant/Coordinator is a plus Must have microsoft office proficiency (word, excel, outlook). HRIS knowledge needed (ADP Workforce Now preferred) Outstanding people skills with a friendly demeanor Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, ZipRecruiter, Smart Recruiter Must have exemplary verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
