Job Description

SpineSearch is seeking a Referral/Patient Care Coordinator to join a growing pain management practice. This person will serve as the central liaison for our various offices, attorneys and referral sources, and support the practice's marketing department. The ideal candidate can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Referral & Relationship Management, Tracking Ensure care coordination is followed through by all patients Act as the primary point of contact for referring offices Build and sustain strategic partnerships to support patient acquisition and referral source satisfaction Track and maintain all active referral relationships Handle sending medical records for patients, as requested by treating offices and referral sources, compliant with HIPAA regulations Maintain real-time reporting on referral activity, and patient retention Identify process inefficiencies and propose workflow optimizations Assist in obtaining all information including policy limits for patients involved in No-Fault cases Qualifications Experience in administrative assistant, healthcare administration, or another relevant department Exceptional communication and relationship management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive casework Proficiency in EMR platforms (eClinicalWorks preferred), Microsoft Office Preferred Skills Experience working in orthopedic surgery, interventional pain, or a multispecialty practice Bilingual (Spanish/English) Strong working knowledge of Major Med, Worker's Comp, and/or No-Fault #
