Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support the effectiveness and scalability of the Talent Acquisition function by managing multiple recruiting optimization initiatives, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and enhancing recruiting technologies. This role will partner closely with TA leadership, HR, Compliance, and HRIS teams to improve recruiting workflows, streamline candidate screening processes, optimize job advertising strategies, and develop meaningful recruiting analytics.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with experience in recruiting systems, process improvement, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Operations & Project Management
Manage and execute 5â8 concurrent Talent Acquisition initiatives and operational projects.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Job Posting Optimization
Optimize LinkedIn job posting processes to reduce manual effort and improve posting efficiency.
Evaluate and implement automation opportunities for job advertising across recruiting platforms.
Ensure job postings align with employer branding standards and recruiting best practices.
Monitor posting performance and recommend improvements based on applicant engagement and conversion metrics.
Compliance & Recruiting Process Governance
Review and maintain job posting compliance requirements across federal, state, and local regulations.
Partner with Legal, HR, and Compliance teams to ensure recruiting practices remain compliant.
Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and process workflows related to recruitment operations.
ATS & Screening Process Enhancement
Manage updates to ADP Selection and Screening requirements.
Develop and maintain adjudication matrices to support consistent candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
Enhance application screening workflows within iCIMS.
Partner with system administrators and vendors to implement new screening requirements and process improvements.
Support the evaluation and integration of AI-enabled recruiting tools within the ATS ecosystem.
Recruiting Analytics & Reporting
Analyze Talent Acquisition performance metrics and trends.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to support 2026 recruiting objectives.
Create executive-level insights and recommendations using recruiting data.
Track key performance indicators including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates, compliance metrics, and recruiter productivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define dashboard requirements and reporting priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related function.
Experience supporting ATS platforms such as i
CIMS, ADP
Recruiting, Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LinkedIn Talent Solutions and job advertising optimization.
Familiarity with recruitment compliance requirements and hiring regulations.
Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting technologies.
Knowledge of recruiting workflow automation and process improvement methodologies.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
Compensation:
$65/hour
