Job Description

Overview Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation. Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years. Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. We're currently seeking an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist Candidate will work full-time at our corporate HQ in Piscataway, NJ Position Overview Responsible for attracting, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. Partners with hiring managers to support recruitment initiatives, internship programs, and talent pipeline development while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities, but limited to the following: Manage external job postings and candidate sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Partner with hiring managers, as needed, to source and screen qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, as needed, with hiring managers and support the hiring process. Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and recruiting functions. Assist with the development and coordination of internship programs. Maintain recruiting records and reports. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of talent acquisition, recruiting, or related experience. Experience with job fairs, recruiting events, and talent sourcing strategies. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies. Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
