Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify potential candidates through online resources, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
• Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities from sourcing all the way up to candidate offer negotiations
• Learn about different industries and positions to help you understand whether candidates fit client specs
• Build ongoing relationships with candidates for referrals and future business
