Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring operations. This Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, keeps processes organized, and values a positive experience for every candidate. You will partner with the HR team to keep recruiting activities moving efficiently from posting through offer stage while maintaining accurate records and clear communication. The role is permanent and suited for someone who can manage competing priorities with consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage interview logistics by coordinating calendars, confirming availability, and ensuring hiring teams and candidates are fully prepared.
  • Publish open positions on appropriate internal and external channels to help attract applicants with relevant experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system and related recruiting records.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and answering routine questions.
  • Assist with resume review activities and help arrange preliminary screening steps for prospective hires.
  • Support key recruiting workflows such as interview setup, documentation preparation, and offer coordination.
  • Monitor candidate movement through each hiring stage and share progress updates with HR and hiring stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a detail-oriented, inclusive, and well-organized candidate experience across all recruitment interactions.
