Job Summary:

LHH is working with a pharmaceutical company to hire a contract Recruiter on a temporary basis for about 2 months. The qualified candidate must have experience working in a pharmaceutical company and a minimum of five years of recruiting experience. Responsibilities :

Meet with managers in order to get a full understanding of the scope of the job Post the role on job boards Screen qualified candidates Set up interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates in the interview process See the chosen candidate through the offer stages

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field Pharmaceutical industry experience required At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience

UKG HRIS

is a plus, ATS experience required Knowledge of HR reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Pay Details:
