Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Partner with account leadership to understand client requirements, technical skill needs, and hiring priorities Proactively build and maintain strong pipelines of IT talent across areas such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and infrastructure Independently manage interview coordination and drive scheduling efficiency while serving as the primary point of contact for candidates Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and proactive engagement Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Contracting Agencies, and Internal solution teams for staffing needs Track recruiting activity and candidate progress using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Support onboarding processes, including background checks and other compliance requirements common in regulated industries as required by the client Proactively communicate recruiting progress, pipeline health, and risks—taking initiative to resolve challenges and keep delivery on track Take ownership of requisition delivery, ensuring timely submission of high-quality candidates aligned to client expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition Experience recruiting for IT or technical roles Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to shifting deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy Demonstrated sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership in meeting recruiting and delivery goals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and internal stakeholders Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed recruiting delivery expectations in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Skills:
