Job Description Job Overview The Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening skilled trades professionals (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) during peak hiring periods. This role focuses on high-volume candidate generation, outbound outreach, and initial candidate qualification to build a strong pipeline for further evaluation and placement. The recruiter works closely with local recruiting and operations teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage qualified skilled trades candidates through internal and external recruiting channels.
  • Conduct outbound outreach and screen candidates for qualifications and interest.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiting and operations teams.
  • Track recruiting activity and ensure adherence to established hiring processes.
Participate in team meetings and support hiring initiatives as needed.   • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to maintain productivity in a high-volume recruiting environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or other recruiting technologies.
Additional education beyond a high school diploma.
