Recruiter:

Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals on a Temp, and Temp-to-Hire basis. Reach out to job seekers via telephone, text, email, job boards, social media, and other tools on a daily basis. Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements to understand the needs of the hiring manager and skills required. Eagerness for making cold calls to prospective job candidates. Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long term relationships with candidates. Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations. You'll recruit candidates & fill jobs in Office Administrative, Accounting/Finance, Business Operations, Non-Clinical Healthcare, Technology and Legal Support. Identify and attend networking events such as career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on colleges & universities and outplacement services. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Recruiter:

Some experience in recruiting desired but not required, outbound contact center experience is essential, or professional outbound sales role. Willingness to work in a metric driven environment meeting monthly team expectations. Confident and not be shy to pick up the phone and call prospective job seekers. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment. Should be tenacious, and understand the responsibilities that go along with being in a performance based position. We're willing to train those with the desire to succeed. Must pass drug testing and background check.
