This position performs a variety of recruitment and Human Resources activities.

REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field; a combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis. Recruitment experience strongly preferred. Computer experience required - proficiency with spreadsheet, database & word processing programs. Knowledge of policies, laws and regulations related to recruitment, EEO/AAP, etc., strongly preferred. $100 EMPLOYEE
