Position Summary Supports recruiting efforts to attract, hire, and onboard skilled manufacturing employees. This position promotes operational excellence by ensuring positions are posted in a timely manner and HR programs are delivered efficiently while promoting employee engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Focus talent acquisition on production, technical specialties, professional positions, and industrial trades Collaborates with leadership to identify staffing demands, technical role specifics, and hiring priorities Cultivates robust talent channels while implementing innovative methods for candidate discovery Facilitates the process from requisition request to hire Source active and passive candidates Screen resumes and timely follow up with supervisors Coordinate interviews, disposition candidates, and extend offers Maintain applicant tracking system Report recruiting metrics to HR Attend hiring events Support onboarding Positively promote the C&J Equipment Manufacturing brand and experience Promote continuous improvement and supports HR initiatives

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in talent acquisition for industrial production, vocational trades, heavy construction, or large-scale staffing environments. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, applicant tracking system experience

Required:

Relevant experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, excellent verbal and written communication, compelling negotiation and closing skills, organization, and confidentiality.
