Job Description

Our client in Farmington, Connecticut is seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in a contract capacity. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, helping attract qualified candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and timelinesSource candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teamsMaintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systemsCommunicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experienceAssist with drafting and posting job descriptionsCoordinate offer letters, pre-employment steps, and onboarding support as neededTrack recruiting activity and provide status updates to internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable employment practices
