Recruiter

We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for a busy manufacturing operation in Texas. This position focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for site-based roles and partnering closely with hiring leaders to keep hiring activity moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting in industrial or operations environments and is confident handling a fast-paced workload while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a large volume of open positions, from intake discussions through offer coordination.
• Support hiring for manufacturing and operations roles such as forklift operators, picker/packers, safety-related positions, and other site-based talent needs.
• Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 25 to 30 openings at a time while keeping priorities organized and timelines on track.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate virtual interviews using Zoom, ensuring an efficient and thorough process for applicants and hiring teams.
• Partner with managers to clarify hiring needs, provide market feedback, and drive timely decisions throughout the selection process.
• Use recruiting and tracking tools, including Greenhouse and Airtable spreadsheets, to maintain accurate records and monitor hiring activity.
• Focus recruiting efforts exclusively on roles supporting the Texas location and adapt sourcing strategies to local talent needs.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and related HR administrative activities to help create a smooth transition for new hires.
